• Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Create and publish engaging content related to property listings, ongoing projects, offers, and company updates

• Design high-quality graphics, reels, short videos, and promotional creatives

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals

• Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram paid advertisements (Lead Generation & Brand Awareness)

• Respond to inbox messages, comments, and coordinate social media leads with the sales team

• Ensure brand consistency in all digital content (logo, color, tone, messaging)

• Monitor and analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare basic reports

• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities
