Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and teach engaging art lessons to develop students' creativity and skills.
∎ Foster a supportive environment for artistic expression and experimentation.
∎ Organize exhibitions and showcase student artwork to celebrate their talents.
∎ Prepare lesson plan, lecture material and actively participate in developing curriculum.
∎ Maintain and manage art supplies, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.
∎ Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth.
∎ Monitor and assess the progress of students.
∎ Evaluate students’ assignments and written work on a regular basis and provide feedback as per the requirements of the students.
∎ Execute all academic responsibilities related to students’ exams and other duties assigned by school.
∎ Assist and participate in development of department.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
