Clean Room Compliance: Deviation Rate <2% per quarter (Internal Audit & QA Logs).
Production Downtime: <2% per month (Uptime Reports).
CAPA Closure Timeline: 100% within 7 working days (CAPA Tracker).
Cost Reduction: 10% YoY savings (Utility Consumption vs Cost Report).
Validation Report Accuracy: 100% first-time pass in audits.
Regulatory Audit Feedback: As per audit observations /result.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide direction to plan and coordinate the manufacturing activities in compliance with the objectives and goals of the company.
Ensure that the sales forecast and deadlines are met.
Provide leadership to logistics, supply chain, manufacturing functions & materials requirement planning.
Monitor daily production activities and guide to improve productivity by proper utilization of man, machine & material.
Ensure compliance of quality, cGMP and safety in all operations in order to meet the in-house specifications of the company, national & international regulations.
Standardize all operation in order to cost reduction.
Prepare annual budget for the plant and impose budgetary control on factory expenses.
Mentor people for development.
Ensure all documentation such as BMR, BPR, SOP etc.
