Responsibilities & Context:

1. Assist in conducting classroom teaching activities according to the prescribed syllabus and academic plan.

2. Prepare lesson plans, class materials, worksheets, and assignments regularly.

3. Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, student-friendly classroom environment.

4. Monitor students’ attendance, class performance, homework, and overall behavior.

5. Support students academically and morally to improve learning outcomes and character development.

6. Participate in examinations, paper setting, invigilation, result preparation, and assessment activities.

7. Maintain class records, attendance registers, and other academic documentation properly.

8. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress and behavior when required.

9. Participate actively in school assemblies, co-curricular activities, training programs, meetings, seminars, and institutional events.

10. Follow the instructions and policies provided by the Chairman, Principal, Head Teacher, or Management Authority.

11. Ensure proper use and maintenance of classroom resources, teaching aids, and institutional property.

12. Encourage students to develop good manners, discipline, cleanliness, punctuality, and moral values.

13. Assist in implementing digital education systems and institutional administrative activities when necessary.

14. Perform any additional academic or administrative duties assigned by the authority for the smooth operation of the institution.
