Job Context:
Hazi Abdus Sattar School & College is seeking a dedicated and qualified Assistant Teacher (English) who is passionate about teaching and capable of delivering engaging and effective lessons. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students to develop proficiency in English language and literature.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct English classes for assigned grades following the academic curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
Teach grammar, writing, reading, and speaking skills effectively
Evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and class participation
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment
Provide extra support to weak students when necessary
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school programs
Keep accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
Communicate with parents regarding student performance when required
