Responsibilities & Context:
Conducting classes as per the syllabus & academic guidelines of the institute.
Must be actively involved in developing & implementing age-appropriate Arts & Crafts lesson planning, preparing teaching materials & curriculum development.
To implement the daily program as directed by the authority.
Performing academic and administrative duties.
Organize art exhibitions, competitions, workshop & art events in the institution.
Coordinate with other teachers for interdisciplinary art projects.
Must have the ability to engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
Must have strong subject knowledge and understanding of secondary school curriculum.
