Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Secure plant premises, materials, personnel by continuous patrolling, monitoring, guarding and inspecting building, gates, access points and inside the plant.
∎ Prevent all types of theft, subversive activities and unauthorized entry in to the plant area
∎ Checking of all guards, security lights, fences, walls etc. to ensure proper security.
∎ Prevent losses and damages of materials by reporting irregularities, informing any violation of policies and procedures.
∎ Controls all traffics within plant area and ensure proper parking.
∎ Ensure the security & safety of all employees of plant and, visitors.
∎ Ensure the carrying of ID documents and wearing of proper dress by all employees of plant.
∎ Co-ordinate security matters with local administration/law enforcement organization (where needed)
∎ Ensure and maintain clean environment inside the plant. Take necessary steps to stop accidents and hazard.
∎ Controlling and distributing duties of all guards under him.
∎ Prepare security reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
∎ Adhere to all company service and operating policies.
∎ Carryout security drill in each month.
∎ Arrange training for fire fighting and security for concerned employees.
∎ Prepare and maintenance of duty roster and visitor register.
∎ Checking of all employees during entry/exit for not carrying any unauthorized materials.
∎ Assist plant security in charge/Officer in day to day jobs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age: Not more than 45 years
∎ Only Retired Army sergeant can apply
∎ Must be physically fit, good looking and hard working
∎ Candidates having previous security service experience, good knowledge on computer and surveillance equipment will get preference.
∎ Should have good speaking and convincing ability.
