a) Ph.D. from an internationally reputed university
b) 6 years of teaching/equivalent years of research or other experience
c) A minimum of 5 publications including journal articles (must be Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed), books and book-chapters (from renowned publishers)
d) Minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) or equivalent in undergrad degree
