BRAC Business School, with the mission "to impact humanity through effective business education, advancement of knowledge, and service to the community", invites applications from proficient, driven and dedicated individuals for full-time (permanent or on a contractual basis for 1 - 3 years) faculty positions in selected disciplines of Business Administration at the ranks of Associate Professor. The successful candidate is required to have a terminal (doctoral) degree from a highly reputed university in a field related to the discipline/area of teaching and evidence of potential/actual (commensurate with the rank) scholarship/professional engagement related to that area. In addition, those with a master`s degree related to the field of teaching, and (1) with significant (substantial in duration and responsibility) industry experience and preferably professional certification or (2) at an advance stage of PhD degree, will be considered at an appropriate rank, on a permanent or contractual basis.

Selected candidates will contribute in teaching, research and service. Preference will be given to applicants with:

• Excellent academic credentials: PhD from a highly reputed/accredited foreign university, with outstanding

• performance (for other degrees too) and international academic experience

• Relevant and significant industry experience in leading organizations

• Portfolio (/potential) of high-quality and impactful scholarly work

• Excellent presentation, and verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders

• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism

• Impeccable ethical standards

Candidates with experience in Assurance of Learning (AoL) and accreditation (AACSB/EFMD) will be given special consideration. Specific rank will be assigned based on qualifications and experience.
