Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 40 years
For the position of Assistant Professor, candidates must have at least an M.Phil. Degree or a second Master's degree, along with an excellent academic record.
Candidates must have quality research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals, meeting the relevant requirements prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and applicable university regulations for the respective positions.
Must be disciplined, dynamic, energetic, hardworking, honest, innovative, and possess a pleasant and professional personality.
Must be capable of accepting challenges, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Must demonstrate creativity, integrity, and visionary leadership.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Deliver lectures, conduct classes, and assess students in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), in accordance with the assigned academic position.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Conduct and participate in research activities, including real-life research projects, and contribute to academic publications.
Actively participate in the academic, administrative, and institutional development of the Department and the University.
Perform academic, administrative, and other duties as assigned by the University Authority.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and counselling to students.
Conduct and coordinate co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, symposia, training programmers, industrial visits, educational tours, and other academic activities.
Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of academic programmers.
