Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibility Transport Personnel
Supervising and monitoring all the maintenance works of the depot vehicles and communicate with Central Transport, Abdullahpur for proper advice, if required.
Keeping records for all types of periodic maintenance of the vehicles, repairing or replacement of the spare parts and all types of vehicle documents of the depot.
Maintaining and monitoring fuel intake and consumption of the vehicles as well as keeping proper records of it.
Supervising and monitoring different types of spare parts purchase for the depot vehicles and also engage in the purchase process.
Preparing Monthly ERP Van Maintenance report of the depot and send it to the concerned person of Central Transport, Abdullahpur within the specific timeline.
