Experience:
Minimum Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with specialized certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) will be considered as advantage.
At least 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, content creation, and campaign performance analysis.
Hand on skills in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas, aligns them with business goals and executes them effectively.
Job Context:
As an Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive-Digital Marketing, he/she will lead and execute digital marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Job Description:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Create, manage and engaging content for online social platforms, develop official website ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
Optimize website content and ad campaigns for search engines to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search efforts to maximize ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative design, and product management department, to ensure digital marketing efforts are integrated with overall business objectives.
