Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Minimum Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with specialized certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) will be considered as advantage.

  • Hand on skills in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).

  • Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas, aligns them with business goals and executes them effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

As an Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive-Digital Marketing, he/she will lead and execute digital marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Description:      

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.     

  • Create, manage and engaging content for online social platforms, develop official website ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.

  • Optimize website content and ad campaigns for search engines to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search efforts to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative design, and product management department, to ensure digital marketing efforts are integrated with overall business objectives.

  • To perform any other responsibilities assigned by top management.
