Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking
∎ CA-Partly Qualified/Course Completed with experience
∎ National University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) or VAT Consultant or Advocate (Practicing Corporate Tax Laws)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on Taxation,Law,Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Corporate Law, Corporate Law, Financial analysis and reporting, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Office Management, organization and administrative skills., Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Advisory and Risk Management, Consultancy services, Corporate Law, Income Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms, Financial Consultants, Law Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all staff to prepare, present, and analysis of Financial Statements in compliance with IAS, IFRS, and local laws especially Companies law, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, etc. Execute the internal audit & controlling activities of firms and clients.
∎ Prepare and manage all Income Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT) Returns, and documentation, Advance Tax, Deduction at sources, rebate/credit, refund/adjustment and interpretation, and assessment proceeds for companies & other than company assesse.
∎ Work independently and review associate's tasks to complete individual & corporate Income Tax & VAT Assessments as complying with laws & deadlines (proceed with all the hearings before ACT/AC DCT, JCT, CT, and Appeal & Appellate Tribunal for Tax Assessment purposes).
∎ To do the jobs on the company's legal services, especially with RJSC and relevant issues. Business licensing and registration/renewal services with the regulatory authority.
∎ Maintain cooperation with NBR Offices, VAT Offices, RJSC offices, and Consultant offices. And also able to manage & smoothly run the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
