Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for Assistant Managers of digital marketing who are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote a company`s products. Their primary goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive website traffic, and ultimately boost up sales. Here are the key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the role of a digital marketing manager:

  • Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), display advertising networks, and other relevant ad networks. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad placements, and manage budgets effectively to achieve desired results.

  • Content Marketing: Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other relevant content formats. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines. Promote content through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and influencer outreach.

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the target audience, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to the company`s website or landing pages. Create and curate compelling content, schedule posts, monitor social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.

  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with customers, and promote products or services. Develop email marketing strategies, create email templates, manage subscriber lists, and track email campaign performance.

  • Website Management: Coordinate with web development teams or agencies to ensure the website is optimized for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Regularly monitor website analytics, track performance metrics, and implement necessary changes to improve website performance and user engagement.
