∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain stock reports on regular basis.
∎ Ensure stock items are properly segregate and maintain uninterrupted supply of products.
∎ Distribute as per sales order and receive incoming materials as per challan Invoice/Packing List.
∎ Coordinate with Sale & Marketing department in terms of time & delivery of items.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of relevant store functions.
∎ Maintain, update and monitoring daily all type of store related register reports.
∎ Maintain month end inventory (physical stock taking & verification of inventory) & all transfer report (Plant to plant, Plant to others) properly.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO for materials movements in compliance with ISO Standard.
∎ Planning, monitoring and controlling the inventory management.
∎ Prepare various reports as per requirement of top management.
∎ Monitor and supervise all kinds of financial transactions of the company and ensure them correctness.
∎ Must have experience using software knowledge ( Tally, ERP)
∎ Reconcile bank balances including loan accounts & Preparation of Financial Statements as per IAS & IFRS with Audit Firm.
∎ Factory Petty cash maintenance.
∎ To ensure timely deposit all the bills of the purchased items of the Store to the Accounts Section.
∎ To perform any other duties as directed by the senior management.
