∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the Quality Control functions/activities of production, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
∎ Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for a company
∎ Supervise QC, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
∎ Monitor / oversee the analysis/inspection of raw materials to final products to ensure pro with set specifications.
∎ Oversee all production procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
∎ Receive production plan and order sheet with technical details or tech pack from merchandiser & QA.
∎ Approve the right products or reject defectives with corrective actions.
∎ Conduct quality audits to make sure set quality policies and procedures are being adhered to.
∎ Coordinate with external quality auditors / QC in coordinating on-site inspection.
∎ Guide and improve the factory Production and Quality system.
∎ Keep records of inspections and analyze them to make different reports for the management.
∎ Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance
∎ Periodically review pre-production meeting.
∎ Organize training for QC to enhance their skill and knowledge of product quality requirements.
∎ Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
∎ Provide recommendations to company management on ways to improve on existing quality processes
∎ Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.
∎ Any other related task as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ At least 12 years related work experience.
∎ Applicant should have good technical knowledge of quality in garments.
∎ Good knowledge of common office software (Word, Excel etc.)
∎ Effective Leadership & Communication skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude, work under pressure, ability to work in team & ability to multitask & manage multiple deliverables.
