Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Risk Assessment, Security related activities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carryout recruitment of Security Guards imparts proper training to them and deploy them timely to their respective posts.
∎ Ensure regular checking of the Security Guards by the respective Patrol Officer and Operation Officer both day and night.
∎ Responsible for imparting proper On Job Training to the Security Guards and Post Supervisors by the respective Training School Instructor, Patrol Officer and Operation Officer.
∎ Responsible to maintain the discipline of his under-command Department personnel and posting, promotion, replacement, leave and welfare of the Security Guards and Post Supervisors.
∎ Ensure providing required service to the Clients through our Security Guards / Post Supervisor. Maintain close contact with the clients, receive their feedback and take appropriate measure accordingly.
∎ Carry out Security Survey and conduct Security Investigation.
∎ Routine submission of Reports.
∎ Regular communication / meet with Client's.
∎ Maintain inter department correspondences.
∎ Be ready to undertake any other task's given by the Higher Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant has to be Chattogram local residents.
∎ Ability to drive Motor Cycle with valid driving license.
∎ Previous working experience with Security Company will be given preference.
∎ Be prepared to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
