∎ Oversee the company's network infrastructure's design, implementation, and maintenance.
∎ Ensure network security through firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular monitoring.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to maintain optimal performance.
∎ Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure.
∎ Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
∎ Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
∎ Provide advanced technical support for network and system issues.
∎ Coordinate with IT staff to ensure prompt resolution of issues and efficient support services.
∎ Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and service records.
∎ Develop and enforce security policies to protect IT infrastructure.
∎ Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
∎ Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to safeguard the organization's assets.
∎ Execute IT projects according to the plan of the IT Planning and Development Team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve network and system efficiency.
∎ Supervise and mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance and support.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.
