∎ Monitoring Daily Basis Trip Expense Bill Voucher Posting To Software
∎ Monitoring Daily Cash Book, Bank book, Bank Reconciliations, Bill register Cash Register, Ledger Book,
∎ Voucher Check, I.O.U Statement.
∎ Prepared Cash Requisition For Vehicle Operating Cost And Send To Head Office And Fund Receive.
∎ Prepared Accounts Statement (Receipt-Payment Statement And Income-Expense Statement) analysis of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual accounts Send To Higher Authority
∎ Prepared And Monitoring Salary Sheet, Driver & Helper Fooding Sheet, Labor Bill And Carrying Bill(All Dealer) Send To Head Office & Branch.
∎ Fund Transfer To All
∎ Monitoring Cash Collection Branch & Party.
∎ All Kind Of Accounts Record Keeping & Filling.
∎ Monitoring Voucher Posting Software.
∎ Monitoring Credit Voucher, Debit Voucher & Prepared Journal Voucher
∎ Monitoring & Payment Staff, Driver & Helper Salary & Fooding (Monthly)
