∎ The mentioned position will be recruited for responsible to maintenance overall the Front Office of resort.We are seeking to hire a talented Assistant Manager Front Office to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be professional and have excellent people skills. This profession requires the individual to be exceptionally skilled at welcoming, serving and interacting with guest or visitors.
∎ Know how to manage and work in a team. The front of house manager may also need to intervene in any conflict that may arise, or resolve a range of problems.
∎ Be precise, to ensure the best possible customer experience. The front of house manager must monitor the work of each individual and pay close attention to every detail.
∎ An impeccable appearance is mandatory in this profession and applies to the whole front of house team.
∎ Collect newspaper from admin office and distribute to the floors accordingly.
∎ Ensure cleaning of public area, corridors keep clean at all the times as per Standard.
∎ Provide high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day to day front office operations.
∎ Have a good knowledge of Hotel & Resort Software and standard operating procedures of front office.
∎ Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy
∎ Ensures that all front desk employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc), and also punctual.
∎ Provide information as requested for desk registers.
∎ Conducting in daily, weekly and monthly house training on Guest service for all concerned officers and staffs.
∎ Performing any other task assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV control room.
∎ Monitor the vehicle movement activities of parking area and also inform to concerned person if any abnormal activities are being observed during the monitor.
∎ Control / monitor the activities of under command persons.
∎ Receive all type of documents and deliver these properly with maintaining records.
∎ Guide visitors/guest/outsider
∎ Maintain complain book, contact with service provider and ensure proper maintenance by taking signature.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Office Manager, Executive Assistant etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Motel and Resort.
∎ Must speak, read. Write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
∎ A good level of English, and even a second foreign language

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
