Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce time-to-market, and lower costs.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
∎ Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
∎ Develop and manage product cost targets in collaboration with the finance and manufacturing teams.
∎ Ensure all products are developed within budget constraints.
∎ Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during development.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and final products.
∎ Understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in PU pouring and how to design for efficient production.
∎ Proficiency in Shoe master/ICAD Software and other product development tools.
