Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make all kinds of sanitary ware Master moulds and troubleshooting on models.
∎ Single piece development with battery garoll, beam-casting methods
∎ Casting method with bench and battery for wall hung, wall vit and Table top
∎ Basin Battery system (Basin double cavity, lid four cavity.
∎ Leading the Case & Block team positively towards the target.
∎ Control issuance of technical drawings
∎ Monitor modelling methods and correct immediate, if any changes requires as per drawing.
∎ Check the final model follow the technical drawing
∎ Analysis the first cast pieces from the block mould and corrections if defects are found on the cast piece
∎ Analysis the fired piece to ensure final product comply to specified standard.
∎ Division, allocation and supervise case makers on making the case & block mould
∎ Ensue pieces produce from all new case moulds meet specified global yield requirement
∎ Control stocks of materials used by the Department.
∎ Be responsible, proactive and innovative in cost reductions activities. Create Actions Plans to reduce costs in the plaster moulds, case moulds and general equipment or materials used by the Modelling Department.
∎ Be the responsible for all technical documentations of the modelling section.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
