We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, buyer requirements, and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new designs from idea generation to final product execution.
Conceptualize, create, and execute seasonal collections in line with market and buyer needs.
Work on Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software to create sketches, prints, embroideries, and accessories.
Interpret buyer mood boards, seasonal color trends, fabric/material trends, and translate them into commercial designs.
Ensure timely and successful design development and product execution.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility and quality of designs.
Maintain strong understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and ready-made garments dynamics.
