Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems.
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about all services.
∎ Opens customer individual account / ID by recording individual information.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating account / ID information.
∎ Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Support to maintain financial issue by processing customer adjustments.
∎ Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
∎ Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hospital Customer service knowledge.
∎ Market knowledge.
∎ Quality focus.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly Increment.
