Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee and manage the company’s overall commercial and regulatory operations. The role involves handling import and export documentation, banking and LC related activities, supplier coordination, and ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations. The candidate will work closely with procurement, accounts, and management to support smooth business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Customs Act, Bond Rules, VAT, tax and trade regulations
- Coordinate with banks regarding all LC issue
- Handle bond license related activities including bond register maintenance and compliance
- Monitor bond utilization, UP/UD adjustment
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely clearance of goods
- Prepare regular commercial, bond and banking reports for management
