Job Context
We are looking for a smart & skill team leader for the post of Assistant Manager- Business Development & marketing. Eligible candidates must have the experience in working with corporate sales. Having experience in online promotion and sales. Experience in writing & preparing tender documents is added advantage. Interested candidates should possess excellent presentation & interpersonal skills. Highly motivated & Positive Energy is highly required.
Job Responsibilities
Market planning, Strategy Development, Monitoring & Review of opportunities.
Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and opportunities for sales.
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Develop promotional tools to attain organizational and sales objectives.
Own implementation of the sales action plan, strategies and sales techniques in order to achieve targets.
Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team members for ensuring optimum performance and take corrective actions.
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
Probationary period: Six months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.
