∎ Master / MBA in Accounts from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Bank Book, Cash Book & Party ledger, Suppliers ledger.
∎ Must be able to prepare Financial Statements.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills.
∎ Prepare and maintain monthly received & payments
∎ Prepare periodical financial reports and analyses.
∎ Cash flow reports and budget/forecast related works.
∎ Cash book, Bank Book entries and posting (including preparation of all vouchers).
∎ Cross checking the invoices, AR balances between TALLY & Credit Report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in the real estate areas
∎ In-depth knowledge and work experience on TALLY, ERP software
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, Word)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
