∎ B.B.A / M.B.A (CA-CC is more Preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutinizing Accounts and Finance related issues considering IAS, IFRS, BFRS, Companies Act 1994, ITO, VAT act and other related rules and regulations.
∎ Responsible for preparation of financial Statements.
∎ Responsible for ensuring reconciling all bank accounts.
∎ Supervise and monitoring the day-to-day activities of team members.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank, Government Authority, Customer, Supplier etc.
∎ VAT & TAX related work: Doing all kinds of company VAT & Tax related work.
∎ Preparation and submission all kinds of Tax Return and VAT Return timely.
∎ Cooperate and help audit team by providing information and documents for internal and external audit.
∎ Submit quarterly FDI Report to bank of all companies of the group.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of payment with banks.
∎ Responsible to do and monitor all LC (Import & Export) related works.
∎ Have to prepare all kinds of LC documents for Export.
∎ Responsible to keep record of all LC information and related cost.
∎ Making Salary sheet, commission and others payment documents of the employee and deduct TDS as per ITO.
∎ Responsible to do all kinds of company legal works.
∎ Have to renew all companies' legal documents timely and have to monitor and contact with the related office and consultant.
∎ Maintain inter-office liaison in respect of legal concern and co-ordination with other relevant Courts, government offices, agencies or private entities relating to legal matters as and when required as per requirements of management of the Company.
∎ Prepare any kind of contract or agreement and any other legal documents relating to the Company and review drafts of opinion containing statement of facts as may be required as per requirements as well as management of the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Finance, VAT, Tax, Company Law and Legal Affairs.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken, Reading and Writing).
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft office with Advance MS Excel
∎ Extremely hard working with good image temperament
∎ Self-motivated and confident to take challenge

In 2018, Dongjin group decided to set up more factories in Philippines, India and Brazil to save transportation cost for our customers worldwide, which will greatly support us to realize our sales target USD900 millions in 2019.
