Job Context:
∎ To act as head of department of F&A department and work as top team member in managing and driving the organization following the agreed strategies, budget and plan of the Company.
∎ Maintaining profitability and financial health of the company.
∎ To ensure that the finance function acts as an active partner with the other departments and adds value in delivering the strategic imperatives.
∎ To recruit, develop and retain finance staff that can operate at a level comparable with any best-of- class finance function of the similar industry.
∎ To develop the strategic planning process as an integral part of the business so that all functional activities work towards clear and consistent strategies which consider both short and long issues and which improve companies value.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent finance management, and enhance finance /supply chain awareness throughout the company. Ensure the seamless incorporation of finance disciplines into all areas; in particular provide excellence in supply chain and operations support.
∎ Manage the preparation of short and long-term business plans for the company, including the provisions of financial forecasts, models and analyses.
∎ Direct the maintenance of accurate and detailed accounts for all aspects of the business to meet relevant statutory and corporate accounting requirements and assist in the effective management and planning of the business.
∎ Develop and enhance the resource allocation process within the business so that inefficient spend is minimized and resources are allocated to value adding activities.
∎ Ensure internal control procedures are an appropriate balance between efficiency and control and ensure that the risk management process within the business is robust, up to date.
∎ Recruit and develop finance and accounts staff so that they are able to achieve their full potential and assist finance to be a value adding function.
∎ Manage working capital of the business with assistance of supply chain function in the most efficient way maintaining aggressive stock-holding days and attracting suppliers' credit to the highest level possible.
∎ Efficiently and prudently manage Company's fund requirement with maintaining a sound relationship with banks and other lending agencies.
∎ Strong accounting understanding to the banking network, to available facilities understanding, local, factoring in preparing, commercial terms verifying transnational bills and vouchers.
∎ Ability to reconcile sales, purchase, cash, bank ledger.
∎ Maintain cash flow, other financial and banking transactions.
∎ Oversee the COGS, products pricing, wastage management, sourcing and inventory management with collaboration of operations and supply chain functions.
∎ Provide a planning function to the organization, which ensures that all functional activities work towards clear and consistent strategies which consider both short and long issues and which improve the company's value.
∎ Work with management on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivation.
∎ Oversee the management and coordination of all financial reporting activities for the organization including company's profit & loss accounts, cash flows, balance sheet, reports to regulatory and external authorities.
∎ Prepare, analyze, and interpret of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with Tax, VAT and other fiscal matters in accordance with fiscal laws in force at time.
∎ Ensure maintaining a good credit rating for smooth financing of operations.
∎ Overall responsibility regarding all financial aspects of the company;
∎ Any other lawful task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants who have own transport, such: motorbike, car will be added as an advantage.
∎ Applicants should have a clean immigration record as companies will send USA/EU for business tours.
∎ Skills required: accounting software Specially TALLY, and databases: MS Office, Excel. Knowledge about MS Dynamic software, QuickBooks Online will be added as an advantage.
