Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily academic activities and overall program operations.
∎ Supervise classes and extracurricular activities.
∎ Inspect classrooms to ensure high-quality teaching.
∎ Distribute and oversee duties related to school programs.
∎ Maintain disciplinary standards for both teachers and students.
∎ Monitor student progress through lesson plans.
∎ Step in as a teacher during emergencies, as needed.
∎ Setting the school's goals and objectives and taking steps to achieve them.
∎ Conducting efficient management among school teachers and school students.
∎ To maintain proper schedule implementation of classes and teachers.
∎ Ensuring teacher and student discipline. Ensuring counseling of teachers and students as required.
∎ Annual evaluation of teachers. Formulating and ensuring implementation of school policies.
∎ Ensuring implementation of all types of school development.
∎ Creating a safe environment for school students to learn.
∎ Key to Responsibility :
