∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ Lead the team in achieving monthly targets for customer acquisition and conversion, with a focus on attaining new customer acquisition (registration and onboarding) targets.
∎ Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with newly on boarded customers.
∎ Contribute market intelligence inputs for the formulation of pricing and activation strategies.
∎ Oversee the enrichment and maintenance of customer profiles, ensuring regular updates in CRM.
∎ Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition of clients, fostering repeat sales with minimal dropouts.
∎ Guide customers through their credit application journey.
∎ Overseeing the target market, the sales channel, and to carry out the sales order in conjunction with the supervisor.
∎ Supervising sales forecasting, analysis, and identification of potential new sales.Giving instructions to the RSM that they provide necessary sales data to the MIS.
∎ Work together with Supply Chain & Distribution to guarantee that clients receive their orders on time.
