Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

The AGM (Marketing) for Resort Share Sales leads and manages marketing and sales strategies for resort membership or vacation ownership programs. This role focuses on driving revenue, expanding the client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a luxury or leisure hospitality setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Management

    • Develop and implement strategies for selling resort shares/memberships.

    • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

    • Identify new market opportunities and target segments.

  2. Marketing & Promotion

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote resort memberships.

    • Manage advertising, digital marketing, and public relations initiatives.

    • Organize events, roadshows, and client engagement activities.

  3. Team Leadership

    • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs.

    • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.

  4. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and corporate partners.

    • Address client queries, negotiate deals, and ensure satisfaction.

    • Maintain a strong referral and repeat-customer network.

  5. Reporting & Analysis

    • Track sales performance, leads, and conversions.

    • Provide regular reports to senior management.

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  6. Collaboration

    • Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams.

    • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale experience for clients.
