Experience:
Professional experience in a similar role in an agency or in-house creative/marketing team
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools
Solid experience in motion graphics and video editing
Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies
Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, typography, composition, and layout
Create high-quality, visually compelling 2D content for brand communications, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and printed materials
Design dynamic content and motion graphics for social media, product storytelling, and digital campaigns.
Develop and maintain brand identity elements, including mnemonics, sub-brand logos, and visual systems
Conceptualize and design POSM materials such as banners, posters, standees, shelf-talkers, flyers, and other in-store assets
Develop creative content for events, activations, and brand experiences, including backdrops, digital installations, and environmental branding
Collaborate with content strategists, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all channels
Maintain high design standards while adhering to IPDC brand guidelines and creative direction
Explore and implement AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance ideation and workflow
Edit and produce engaging video content for internal and external campaigns
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
