∎ Ensure positive and respectful relationship with the students living in the dormitory
∎ Provide a safe and secured living environment in the dormitory for student residents
∎ Communicate with parents and/or guardians of students if necessary
∎ Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines
∎ Shows respect and courtesy to students and holds them accountable for their actions and behavior

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good academic records
∎ Experience in the similar position will be given preference
∎ Must be cross functional
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla will be given preference
