Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have minimum Hons. & Masters in any discipline (preferably in Social Science) not less than 2nd Division/ Class in any public Examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Project Director for continuous improvement of direct essential services, capacity building and advocacy to ensure relevance of programme interventions for childcare, oversee health and education provided to target group in the location.
∎ Actively support SOS Mothers and Aunts by holding regular group or individual coaching/ counselling/ development sessions.
∎ Participate in the development of children in SOS families as parent/guardian where his presence/attendance serves the best interest of the children and ensure the Child Protection Policy of the organisation.
∎ Promote a family atmosphere in the day-to-day operations of the location project while maintaining a professional attitude on matters pertaining to job descriptions and obligations.
∎ Ability to produce analytical report, best practices for the development of the programme.
∎ To support Project Director for day to day operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have 3-4 years of experience in Social Development Sector /NGO, especially in child-related organization and project management level.
∎ Have knowledge of child rights & protection issues and the United Nations Convention on Rights of the Children.
∎ Having good command in English language.
∎ Adequate knowledge and skills in computer applications, especially MS office packages and flexible to work in software.
∎ Having strong leadership quality with excellent inter-personal and communication skill.
∎ Strong interest in the needs and development of children.
∎ Willingness to make a long-term commitment.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated salary BDT 20,000.00 (with Family accommodation)
