Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist Director-NTC for Planning, Organizing and Running the SOS National Training Centre Dhaka.
∎ To maintain updated database and training records.
∎ To manage & maintain In-house training facilities & equipment.
∎ To design & prepare training aids & materials.
∎ To keep Accounts of SOS National Training Centre Dhaka.
∎ To work for the visibility of SOS Bangladesh activities to media.
∎ To write article on SOS Bangladesh activities.
∎ To assist Director-NTC for organizing different internal and external Training Courses at SOS NTC Dhaka.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 5-7 years of work experience in relevant areas of training, marketing & communication.
∎ Should have deep knowledge on training arrangement.
∎ Having managerial quality with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
∎ Adequate knowledge and skills in computer applications, especially MS office packages and flexible to work in software.
∎ Have knowledge of child rights & protection issues and the United Nations Convention on Rights of the Children.
∎ Willingness to make a long-term commitment.
∎ Having good command in English language.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After probation period, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance as per existing policy of the organization.
