Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputed university. Professional qualifications will be given strong preference.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant job experience, including at least 03 years in internal audit roles within a reputed organization.

• Practical experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation.

• Sound understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal control systems, and compliance procedures.

• Ability to assist in the development and execution of annual audit plans and ensure effective implementation of audit recommendations.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive institutional and financial information.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
