Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee day-to-day security operations across all assigned zones and sites.
Supervise and manage regional and site-level operational teams including Area Security Officers and Inspectors.
Maintain regular communication with clients, address complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct training programs to improve guard quality, discipline, and performance.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, and client-specific security requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of security personnel, posts, and equipment.
Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Payroll teams for deployment planning, manpower forecasting, and personnel welfare.
Handle emergency incidents, report findings, and lead investigations when required.
Identify operational gaps and provide strategic input for service improvement and business growth.
Prepare monthly operational reports and performance metrics for senior management.
