∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital administration and/or accounting.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or hospital management systems).
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial compliance standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and facility operations.
∎ Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth hospital functions.
∎ Supervise support staff including clerical, janitorial, and front desk personnel.
∎ Assist in policy development, implementation, and compliance.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and administrative files.
∎ Handle billing, invoicing, and patient account reconciliation.
∎ Manage payroll and ensure timely payments to vendors and staff.
∎ Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies.
∎ Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hospital policies.

The Health and WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 8 institutions and 17 projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Accounts and Admin Officer of the WASH Sector. It's a Dhaka-based position that will act as the key person of finance operations.
