Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to maintain direct communication with Dealers, ASM, Retailers & area's respective persons.
∎ Collect the deposit slips from ASM/Dealers, provide them to the Managing Director and also add information in system.
∎ Add all types of orders, incentives, pricelist adjustments and other adjustments in the system.
∎ The incumbent must be excel in accounting, supervising and leading an accounts section.
∎ The applicant should have vast knowledge about Tally software & should be handled to income tax issue.
∎ Prepare, check and maintain all kind of reimbursement bill of respective area as well as prepare excel sheet and provide it to the Managing Director.
∎ Any other works based on area and as per Managing Director instruction.
∎ Other tasks as assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years' experience in Same filed.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in Tally
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in MS WORD, MS Excel
∎ Must have good communication skills in English.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Good computer and presentation skills
∎ Report writing skills in Bengali and English
∎ Planning and budgeting skills
