Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of inventory purchases, issues, and balances.
Ensure all inventory transactions are correctly recorded in the accounting system.
Assist in physical verification of stock and fixed assets.
Reconcile physical stock with records and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare periodic inventory reports for management.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Every month Collect Due money from Customers.
