Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote Products and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.·
∎ Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done.· Provide technical or any other support to the Customer and dealers regarding sales.
∎ Development of new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.Conduct frequent meeting with Customer and Dealers. ·
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Visit different areas of cosmetics markets frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Assist the sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target. ·
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic ASM / DSM who has at least 5 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing in consumer goods, Cosmetics & Toiletries contribution in our company to reach the organization’s goal.Job Responsibilities :
