An art teacher inspires creativity and develops artistic skills in students. Their core duties involve:

• Curriculum Development & Delivery: Designing and implementing engaging art lessons and projects aligned with educational standards. (According to Year Plan and lesson Plan)
• Instruction & Guidance: Teaching various art techniques, media (e.g., drawing, painting, sculpture), and art history to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Classroom Management: Creating a positive, safe, and organized learning environment conducive to artistic exploration. Must have knowledge to communicate with every single students in the classroom..
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluating student progress, providing constructive criticism, and fostering artistic growth.
• Exhibitions & Events: Organizing and showcasing student artwork for school displays, exhibitions, and community events.
• Resource Management: Maintaining art supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-stocked and functional art studio.
