We are currently seeking a dynamic, responsible, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of our academic and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Admin Officer will play a vital role in managing day-to-day administrative functions, student services, and external coordination. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing student admissions and enrollment formalities
Maintaining student databases and online systems
Handling newsletters, queries, and official communication
Coordinating Cambridge and Edexcel exam registrations (Jan, May/June, Oct/Nov sessions) and ensuring proper dissemination of Statements of Entry and exam-related information
Acting as a liaison with British Council, Pearson, and Cambridge International Education for all examination-related matters
Overseeing school facilities, cleanliness, transportation, and canteen operations
Preparing and issuing official documents (TC, certificates, NOC, experience letters, etc.)
Managing secure examination materials, transcripts, and script requests
Handling IGCSE and IAL result publication and distribution
Organizing school events, field trips, meetings, and programs (including budgeting and logistics)
Communicating effectively with parents, students, and staff through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Managing front desk operations, phone calls, and WhatsApp communication
Coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview arrangements
Maintaining school calendars, reports, and administrative records
Monitoring accounts-related follow-ups (e.g., fee defaulters)
Supervising bookstore records and document management
Supporting daily administrative reporting to management
Assisting in event coordination, cultural programs, and student activities
Ensuring proper inventory, grocery management, and budget control
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Administration/Management preferred)
Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be highly advantageous
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email communication, and online platforms
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
