Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduate qualification from a reputed university. Preference will be given for (Marketing) Preferable/ Four years Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Economics/Masters of any others subject from reputed private/public universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ Royal Toiletries Limited (RTL) is one of the most leading and successful progressive organization. It is a sister concern of Al-Madina Group. Al- Madina Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Royal Toiletries Limited (RTL) started its journey almost two years ago. Our main commitment is to ensure focus on Baby`s` better Health-care & Mothers` better Life. We are mainly produce hygiene types goods like as; Tissue items, Diaper, Napkin, Baby Feeder, Feeder Nipple and others baby`s items that all are manufactured by our own factory that is situated in Kheowagat, Biruliwa, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Currently we are looking for hearing some professional and expertise talented Sales person for expand and growing our Market Business. Below is the details of the position are given bellow:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing an understanding of the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments; over- seeing day-to-day operations and focusing on the long-term interests of the business. Pursues new business opportunities and manages functions such as company associations, employee activities and evaluations, and other matters that relate to a company's operations. Plays an important role in Sales .
∎ Looks for opportunities to grow a sales , whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities.
∎ Achieve sales target Analyses sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance.
∎ Assists commercial works as a member of a cohesive team. Handel, Distribution channel.
∎ Works with contract with Head of the Department.
∎ Resolves issues with contracts and Distributer.
∎ Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's Sales people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates Need sales relevant types of experience
∎ Candidates having working selling Tissue/ Hygienic Toiletries sectors are highly encouraged to apply. Educational qualification is flexible for experience and more skilled person.
∎ Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company. Ability to maintain Distribution Channel, Present Market analysis knowledge, are requires for that position. Must proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
