∎ Outstanding , Self-Motivated, Disciplined.
∎ Good Communication, Networking, Leadership Quality, Negotiation, Analytical Skills and Efficiency at using MS Office are required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Area Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) for Foam and Adhesive products who is having good connection with footwear, Furniture, RMG sector and Transport Companies to put on our products in the market. The candidate must be self-motivated and results-driven professional to direct and manage our organization's business activities.Target wise sales achievement & collection. New Customer registration & retention. Finding new corporate customers for foam and adhesive. Plan wise corporate Customer visit, Quotation submit, demonstrate product & ensure purchase order. Also, close sales within time line. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer’s needs. Negotiating contracts, price & reviewing sales performance. Follow-up existing customers order and ensure timely delivery. Answering inbound over phone queries & guide customer according to the company’s policies. Monitor target status of sales & Credit collection on regular basis. Maintaining accurate records & reporting. Balance confirmation report for the credit customer. Coordination with Factory, Warehouse, Finance & transport to ensure uninterrupted sales. Followup the orders of the parties and ensure smooth delivery of products with 100% accuracy. Explore new potential corporate customers and create opportunities for selling products. Maintain and account of all credit sale and ensure the payment collection within the time frame.
