- Candidates having working experience in sales and marketing of Foam and Adhesive shall be given preference.·
- Candidate having experience in Sales & Marketing of RMG backward linkage or industrial products may apply for this post.·
- Should have sound knowledge on Foam and adhesive products.·
- Experience and Networking with both Supply Chain & with the Plant.·
- Outstanding , Self-Motivated, Disciplined.·
- Good Communication, Networking, Leadership Quality, Negotiation, Analytical Skills and Efficiency at using MS Office are required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieving value & volume target monthly, quarterly and yearly·
Ensuring distribution and visibility·
Planning, analyzing and achieving route level sales plan·
Monitoring and assisting in primary and secondary sales·
Distributor stock management·
Timely communication of any promotions/scheme to the trade and team·
Any other additional responsibilities given by the company from time to time·
Vast knowledge on foam and adhesive markets.·
Ability to take up challenges and maintain a significant growth in business.·
Possess leadership quality and interpersonal communication skill.·
Ability to explore new Business Opportunities & Customer Development
