Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage consumers, chemical industry.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
∎ Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
