  • At least 3 years of experience in the same post.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Achieve sales Target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products by sincere efforts and leadership skills.

2. Attending to the Market according to tour plan in time and Confirmation the timely reporting of all FM and VMR.

3. Regular visit to Fields (Doctors, Traders, Farms, Pet clinic and Related field) to improve relationship and business.

4. Ensure proper use of Samples, Promotional Items and Doctor Donation (Achieve Daily Prescription Target)

5. Assist the survey team properly to fulfil the target (Prescription Quantity & Value and Share %).

6. Organize monthly meeting and ensure the participation of all the team members, give sales feedback (Target product, Sample, New & Bonus products and Outcome of Promotional Items), address different opportunities (Market & Competitor Analysis and Untouched Selling Points) for improvement of areas and set individual target.

7.Train and drive the team to achieve the target and promotional goals.

8. Ensure Current Month collection completely on weekly basis and Previous Liabilities must be collected in the assigned territory according to policy.

9. Market dues list must be submitted to the superior within a month.

10. Field Force Monitoring (Reporting and Diary maintaining) and Evaluate Daily Target vs Achievement vs Collection and Report to the Superior.

11. Monitor promotional program and attend minimum 5 Seminar in every month.

12. Create brand value of the product(s) to the Doctors, Farmers, Traders and Related Customers.

13. Identify vacant areas, guide and supervise the FM to recruit new VMR. No territory should be kept vacant more than one month.

14. Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.

15. Learn and develop new skills following market trends and train the subordinators.

16. Give Solutions to any problem faced by field force.

17. Any other tasks given by the superior.
