·         Oversee overall plant operations and ensure smooth and efficient production activities across all manufacturing units.

·         Ensure compliance with GMP, DGDA, QA, EHS, and other statutory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical industry in Bangladesh.

·         Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives.

·         Manage plant operations within approved budgets and optimize operational efficiency.

·         Lead, supervise, and develop plant teams to ensure productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement.

·         Ensure effective implementation of plant safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.

·         Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Commercial, and related departments for seamless operations.

·         Prepare operational, production, compliance, and performance reports for senior management.

·         Drive process improvement, cost optimization, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.

·         Monitor utility consumption, wastage control, operational costs, and manufacturing efficiency.

·         Ensure proper documentation, SOP compliance, batch record maintenance, and audit readiness.

·         Lead regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits successfully.
